GEORGE Donavan did an amazing job on my old 2015 640I. I originally bought it next door used st Bonita Mercedes Benz about 3 years ago and needed tires so being new to Florida I took it back to MB. They I originally bought it next door used st Bonita Mercedes Benz about 3 years ago and needed tires so being new to Florida I took it back to MB. They sold me 2 front tires claimed they road tested it and took my money and sent me down the road. Well as soon as I pulled out of the dealership the car was turning Left so hard you needed 2 hands to pull it back in the lane. MB did an alignment and it still wasn’t correct. Some service guy said sorry we can’t fix your car so take it to BMW. Well George had it for a day balanced the car and it drives like new. George also felt so bad for me he discounted the job, hand washed the car and I couldn’t be happier with George and BMW N Naples. More
