I was in Naples last month, 1,500 miles from my Massachusetts BMW dealer when my serpentine belt snapped, leaving me with a rapidly discharging battery and no a/c. I managed to limp into Germain B Massachusetts BMW dealer when my serpentine belt snapped, leaving me with a rapidly discharging battery and no a/c. I managed to limp into Germain BMW. I waited with some trepidation while the outside service attendant went inside to see if they would be able to look at my car that day. A few minutes later, service advisor Jeremy Bongle came out to tell me that he would squeeze me in. He kept me in the loop while they diagnosed the problem and had me out of there with a new serpentine belt and battery within 1 1/2 hours. I very much appreciate the prompt and courteous treatment I received, and would enthusiastically recommend Germain BMW and Jeremy in particular to anyone looking for service in the Naples area. More
