The price was very fair and the delivery of the car I recently purchased a Certified used BMW from Germain. Bob Davidson was a pleasure to deal with. The price was very fair and the delivery of the car was just like getting a new car. They spent plenty of time going over all the features. This week I had a tire go flat because i picked up a nail in it. I spoke with Christian in service and he priced a new tire for me and the price was as good or better than any of the local tire dealers. When I brought the car in he said they could do a 15,000 service even though I had not planned on it at that time. The whole experience has been terrific. More
An appointment and the dent I am very disappointed about this dealership. I am new in Naples and this guy Ron Arnold told me that they needed to keep my car until next week. I made the appointment one week earlier for a small dent. Then he had the sarcasm to tell me that people who do the job were not there that he needed to keep my car until the people can take care of my car. Therefore, I told him why do you need my car for two days? Of course, I was upset and told him NO you are not keeping my car and I asked him: tell me when I can come back? After, I said please see my dent and give me an estimate? His answer was we do not do this job so he just gave me just a card of another repair shop. What a nice welcome! More
