The search led me to Germain Cadillac and before I boarded my flight I sent an email requesting info on a particular vehicle I saw on line. To my surprise, Brad response was prompt and concise --to the point. While I was away, Brad kept in touch. When I returned home Brad worked around my schedule. Finally, on a chilly Saturday morning, we met at Germain to discuss the vehicle I had in mind. Usually car salesman ten to be a bit pushy, however I did not have that experience with Brad. From the moment we met, to the minute we closed on the car Brad spent every minute ensuring I knew all about the vehicle I wanted and educating me on other vehicles available. Total 100% customer care. Ryan comes in the picture as the paperwork guy! Giving it all he got to ascertain that my purchase is well financed and protected! Also sharing his travel experiences as I signed and signed the required paperwork. Thanks to these two gentlemen I drove the car I wanted home! He was dependable, timely in returning phone calls and provided me with all the information I requested. Based on my dealings with Neil I decided to move forward with the purchase. They shipped the car to my residence. Once I received the car I inspected it to insure the condition was advertised. I expected the car would have a few unexpected flaws....there were not any. To my surprise the car was just as Neil had described it and in much better condition than I expected. Nearly new condition.
