I returned on Monday, Marc was out the office but called our home to let us know he couldn't make it and had Mike Perkins continue with us. Mike made us feel like we had known him for years, he continued to praise his co-worker Marc as well. It was a fast, easy to understand experience everything talked about was in our contract. After searching for a particular vehicle make, model, year, and color (exterior & interior), one of three that I found in the continental United State After searching for a particular vehicle make, model, year, and color (exterior & interior), one of three that I found in the continental United States was at Germain Cadillac of Easton. Late one evening I requested information concerning the vehicle and the next morning more data about the vehicle was received from Brad Martinkovich. All questions were handled in a very professional manner during subsequent phone conversations which led to a purchase agreement. Upon arriving at the dealership, Brad met us right outside the front door with keys in hand. Upon a final inspection by my wife, where she stated, “We’ll take it”, Brad’s courteous help in completing the paperwork further demonstrated his professionalism and concern that we were completely satisfied. If you are looking for a vehicle, you will benefit yourself by speaking with Brad Martinkovich. This vehicle purchase was the easiest and most rewarding in my entire retired now life. More

Lack of ethics Had an agreement to buy vehicle. Arrange loan through my own bank as they had better rate than offered by dealership. Bank sent over pre approvement l Had an agreement to buy vehicle. Filled out paper work with financial institution, just waiting to E sign documents when bank system went down. Bank called dealership sent PO etc and said they will send when system comes up. Get text from salesman saying no problem vehicle's on hold. Told him I can bring over non refundable deposit, no need vehicles on hold. Next day bank calls and says system still down. I get text from sales guy saying if I can't close by 3PM they are selling to someone else. I tell them I can't get there until after 4PM, but could get him deposit. Bank calls dealer again says they are working on it. Bank calls salesman at 4:15 vehicle has already be sold to someone else for a few dollars more. No ethics! More

Brad had my new vehicle waiting for my test drive, a nice cold bottle of water and a smile. Obviously, the car was great but what made the sale was the Customer Service. As a person in Customer Relations, I can say the service from Brad was exemplary. He made certain that every question was answered and every concern was met. He even did things before I had to ask lol!! My apologies for the wordiness. But, the service industry has suffered a hit lately. I find it important to let people know when you receive incredible service...and I did. Brad Martinkovich was very quick and thorough in his follow up, worked with me to come I found an Acura TL SH-AWD w/Tech Pkg online at their website. Brad Martinkovich was very quick and thorough in his follow up, worked with me to come in to look at the car, take it for a test drive and answer any questions I had. Obviously, the car was used, but Brad stipulated the dealership would do all that they could to make the car look great and get me the best deal possible. Negotiations were easy and direct. There was an absolute minimum of haggling involved and the paperwork was complete and ready for me to sign when I came in to pick the car up. The Business Manager (Chuck, I think) was an absolute professional and very easy to work with as well. As there were a few items to address with the car, Brad even worked with me and allowed me to use my car as a loaner once I was able to get the Acura in for the final touch up work. The work is still fresh, but it appears they use and excellent paint and body service pro. Again, great work! This experience was first rate and very professional. They tailored the experience to their customer (me) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Kudos to Germain Cadillac of Easton. Excellent work! More
