Great experience. I was out window shopping for a vehicle, not really looking to buy. DJ Yates asked what type of car insurance was looking for. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle. He wanted to know what it would take for me to close the deal. I gave him my parameters and he found just the vehicle is was looking for. He showed me a 2016 Ford Escape. I didn't think he and the finance manager could get me in that car for the payments I wanted to stay at. After all I had a good bit of negative equity in my current car. They worked hard and got me financed and for just 3 dollars more than I stated I wanted. Long story short, DJ Yates worked hard and got my business. I will definitely purchase any future cats I get from there and DJ Yates. More

Great buying experience Jimmy did a search for my perfect vehicle and turned out they had one local. We went to Germain after visiting their website I talked to Carl mccleese and he was interested in my trade in that has gave me nothing but problems. I made an apt and went in and had a great time. These people really make u feel at home. When most people would give up they took that extra mile and time. It may have taken 3 hours but we went in with a van that gave us headaches and walked out with a 2016 car. Once we was about to leave we was greeted my all the managers which whom congratulated us.. I defiantly would recommend this dealership to everyone 100%. More
