Unfortunately, we were not once given the opportunity from you to allow our qualified and trained Technicians to look at your vehicle or properly diagnose your concerns. Because we truly value the trust and satisfaction of our customers, each transaction is done with honesty and sincerity. In our efforts to assist, we offered to arrange a visual inspection for you to address the concerns in person with myself, the Service Manager and General Manager. We also recommended taking your vehicle to a collision center of your choice for an inspection that would be financially covered by us- in addition to several alternatives- all of which you refused.
