WORST SERVICE QUICK LUBE I was visiting the beavercreek area and notice i had a low tpm on my car . so i call the dealership 3 times to speak with a quick lube employee got di I was visiting the beavercreek area and notice i had a low tpm on my car . so i call the dealership 3 times to speak with a quick lube employee got disconnected 3 times , i bought tires at my Georgia dealership with road hazard protection. i decided to drive to the dealership .. said i have a low tire could u look at it, said we are book up come back on monday. said i am leaving tonight . this happened on saturday aug. 15. around 1130am . the 2 guys were very rude didn't care one was on his cell phone .... i also filed a complaint with corporate ford and will go to the BBB about this dealership. never in my life of owning 8 fords had this type of service More

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go to this dealership for anything. The manager Mel will lie to try and put a deal together. Then after the sale they will try to do everything they can to keep you in the lemon vehicle they sell you. Instead of fixing the issue or replacing the vehicle they say that the safety hazard that my lemon is will "work itself out" after driving it for 5 thousand miles! Not to mention has rust and they do not care to resolve the issue because they got the sale. Do not end up stuck in a brand new lemon from these scam artists, go to ANY other dealer you will be grateful to not have to deal with the problem I am going through. More
