I have bought cars from many dealers and found they were all the same - However Germain Honda ended up being MUCH better. I expected the usual - sales person acting like a friend etc. My sales person was r all the same - However Germain Honda ended up being MUCH better. I expected the usual - sales person acting like a friend etc. My sales person was really interested in helping me find my car. She cared. The day I arrived she was VERY busy but I never felt like I was put on "hold". Despite how busy she was-I always felt she felt bad and she did make me feel comfortable and kept in constant contact with me while I episodically waited. I did not know a big sale was going on. I am a good negotiator - but she and the manager did not try to whittle down my offer. Inf fact they showed me ways I could save more money. I had service and was EXTREMELY impressed. I was apparent they all, sales and service wanted me to be happy with my new car. It was not for show - but REAL. I will definitely return to both my sales person and the dealership for my next car. In Ann Arbor, my experience has not been good - but at Germain it was FANTASTIC. More

There are 2 things that can be improved about our experience: 1) We came in at about noon but were only able to finish 5 hours later, which is too long, although we understand the process took some time because of so many customers that day. 2) It took a while for us to get our permanent license plate after several phone calls and a couple of visits. We understand the delay in getting our plate was due to the wrong lien holder being entered on our financing paperwork. Overall, our experience was very satisfying. More

Jeff and I did talk a bit later when he was available and we made a plan to meet again on Monday, 12/30, to test drive a vehicle currently being checked out by Service. The vehicle was sold before I could get back but Jeff was able to help me with another selection. Both he and Jason listened to what I was looking for and respected my budget restriction and other concerns. For as many directions as Jeff was pulled in, he was very patient and calm as he moved from customer-to-customer over the 3 days that I saw him. I will certainly recommend him and work with him again. Clifton was great with his presentation and patience as we wrapped up the business part of the transaction. The purchase and service is as critical to me as the vehicle is. I appreciate that he listened very well and as we discussed the finances and service plans, he allowed me to keep up with him. He is very good at his job. Jeff, Jason, and Clifton all represent the dealership very well. I've had excellent service experiences since about 2003 so the Service Dept strongly supports the Sales staff. An overwhelming process to replace a car was made much easier. Thank you. More
