I started my search for a new car on the web; it was time to trade-in my '07 Jeep Compass for safe, reliable transportation. I visited the Germain website, and was a little hesitant to try the "internet" route of contacting the dealer to inquire about the CR-V. But I'm very glad I did. Within 24 hours, I received an email response from Joel Rostentreter (internet sales manager) with quotes for the CR-V, and was responsive to my questions - friendly and helpful, without the pushy sales talk. I was very impressed, and we set up a time within the week to bring in my Jeep for a trade appraisal and test drive the CR-V. I arrived a little early that morning, and was greeted by Adam Milligan, who ultimately handled or coordinated everything related to the trade, the test drive, selection of "my" new car, the delivery, and follow-up phone call day after delivery. Adam was/has been professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly from the test drive to a personal tour of the dealership and service department to ordering accessories after the delivery - he personally installed the all-season floor mats for me. I love my 2013 CR-V LX and I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Joel and Adam at Germain Honda of Ann Arbor. I will definitely be back when it's time to look at a new car. More

The Internet sales manager, Joel, worked with me via e-mail and he provided the best price on the car without all the traditional haggling. Joel also took special care to make sure my Accord was exactly what I wanted. Once I came into the dealership to finish the purchase, Joel's on-ground salesperson, Adam, provided a fast, efficient buying process that had me on my way with my new car. In fact, Adam went out of his way to pick me up from home so that I didn't have to deal with the logistics of getting my other car back home. I really appreciated the extra mile that he took that day and the next, when he called to be sure I was very happy with my car. Having purchased new cars for a number of years, I find that all dealerships aspire to provide good customer service, but Honda of Ann Arbor actually did provide me with a fantastic buying experience, from my very first contact to the delivery of my car. When I came to Germain Honda I was looking to purchase my first new car. As soon as I came in Dwayne made me feel very comfortable. As a younger, woman buyer, I don't think I am always taken as seriously o first new car. As soon as I came in Dwayne made me feel very comfortable. Though I don't have a lot of experience looking at/picking out cars, I didn't feel stupid. Dwayne took all of my questions and thoughts into careful consideration and gave me great answers. I don't have a lot of experience negotiating pricing, but Jim and Dwayne really worked with me to figure out a fair price along with some great bonuses from the service department. Since purchasing the car, I've not only enjoyed driving it, I've also enjoyed Dwayne's availability in continuing to answer my questions. Just because the purchase has been made, the relationship does not end; I didn't expect that and I am very happily surprised. More
