Here is my update. I did discover later that my rear pads were actually almost completely worn out so the dealership was being honest about the pads needing to be replaced. My mistake. However, I did contact this dealership at the email provided and received no response as of this date. I still believe the lack of concern about the amount of oil in the car is very concerning. Most of us know that running a car without oil in it could mean a new engine is needed.
