We certainly understand your disappointment and frustration. Our procedure is to notify our customers when a vehicle is sold and to see if there might potentially be another vehicle they are interested in. Our team did exactly that. Unfortunately, due to a technical glitch which was out of our control and we were not made aware of until Monday morning we found out our email communications were not being received by certain recipients. It is working as designed, once the doors are unlocked the system shuts down to prevent your vehicle from being stolen. As per the conversation you had with our Service Manager Bill Hanson, once an electrical component has been installed on a vehicle it cannot be removed.
