Jheni met us at the door and within a few minutes I knew she was the one we were going to buy my husband's Pilot from! She was genuine, personable, she was not pushy, but extremely knowledgeable. Jheni thought the way I did and answered my questions before I asked them. She shared tips on how to choose the best vehicle for our needs. She showed us the vehicle we had come to see and then recommended we compare it with the Pilot that we ultimately bought. This was my husband's first car purchase in 17 years! We had so many questions and took a long time to make the final decision. Jheni was patient, polite, funny, efficient yet thorough every step of the way. She treated us as if we were her own family and it was so good to see my husband smile again. Jheni explained the process thoroughly and we had no surprises at any step of the way. It was so refreshing to do business with this woman who did not focus on the sale but on our needs. He led me to his desk, did some paperwork, and showed me to the waiting area. He said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. An hour and fifteen minutes later, I was all set. I have worked in customer service and hospitality for over twenty years, Troy has one of the best personalities I have ever seen. He is compassionate, genuine and truly cares about the customer that he is assisting. We even spoke on a personal level about cycling and tattoos. He remembered our conversation and noticed the Tour de France was on the TV, saying, "we have the right show on for you!" He explained the purchasing process well and worked with us to ensure we were happy with the final results, even having the van re-detailed since the original cleaning wasn’t up to par. After purchase, he followed up and made sure we were happy with everything. It was nice to see him take that time, even though the sale was already complete. More
