Walked into Germain Honda with my eyes on a use Honda Accord I saw online. Unfortunately the car I wanted to look at just got sold. He encouraged me to drive multiple cars and find the one that I felt most comfortable in. The one I chose had some paint chips in the hood and a clunk noise in the back. I told Norman that I wanted the chips taken care of and the clunk noise looked at and fixed and without a word he wrote that down and that was part of the deal. They let me take the car and the next week I brought it back and they gave me a new paint job on the hood and it looked great. The clunk noise was a little more of a challenge but they never gave up and with the help of Norman, Jim Crulkshank and the mechanics in the back they found the problem, fixed it, and sent me on my way. This was my first big car purchase and the Germain Honda family made it a stress free easy experience. I would recommend Germain Honda of Dublin to anyone. More

I purchased a Pilot three years ago from Chris Glover. I live in Lima which is approximately 1 1/2 from Germaine Honda. I had purchased an extra dent warranty on this vehicle at the time of purchase. When I called to find out how to schedule an appointment with the "dent doctor" Chris asked about my mileage. I was only 3 miles away from being out of warranty. Chris assured me he would take care of this and make sure I received the benefits of my warranty. Sure enough he got back with me and had my vehicle repaired under warranty at no cost to me within five days. On my trip down to fix this issue, I went ahead and purchased another car from Chris Glover. This type of service rarely happens. I am very thankful I found such an honest and helpful salesman. The finance guy was great, the sales people were all great, and when you're all done you get a session like Bond meeting with Q so they can show you all the neat things your new car can do! I got a brand-new '14 for the same price others were selling a used '13 for. Can't beat that!!! Honestly, I left feeling like everyone in there was my friend, and that all I ever have to do is call or stop by and they will ALL do whatever they can to help me. GO HERE!!!!!! More

I bought a brand new 2014 Honda Odessey the transaction was smooth, the sales rep was awesome and knew what he was doing.Within couple of days of purchase i noticed buttons that controls the music system was smooth, the sales rep was awesome and knew what he was doing.Within couple of days of purchase i noticed buttons that controls the music system was not working. I was not able to change time, select different FM radio statiion e.t.c.The van had manufacturing defect on it. I called my sales rep and he inspected the vehicle. He found out the settings button came pressed factory installed and would not unpress from its postion. since it was stuck it caused some of the other buttons not to work. Anyways most importantly, my sales rep assured me it will get fixed. He stated they would order parts from Honda and get it replaced. I was not happy since i had to wait at lest 2 to 3 weeks or may be more for the parts to arrive and get it fixed/replaced. Explained the rep I bought a brand new vehicle and expect the vehicle to work without any manufacturing defects. I was not happy about the sitaution at all. The management jumped in and took full responsibility of the issue. Replaced the vehicle with another brand new working vehicle. My current vehicle is working fine and i am happy with it. I want to applaud Management of Germain Honda for taking ownership of the issue , listening to the voice of the customer and setting up right business practice. I will recommend Germain honda to my friends and family members because i know if there is something wrong they will fix it and won't give run around. More
