My first service experience at Germain was top notch. I would definitely recommend this service department. I was in a hurry and needed a service. The manager, Jim Cruikshank, was helpful in explaining the different types of service my vehicle would require and which one I was in need of at that time. He even got me in and out in such a reasonable amount of time. I felt that he really cared about my business and my vehicle. He explained everything he was doing and what I would need for my next visit even. The employees were very respectful to me as well. I have never had such a positive customer service experience and will definitely be back. Thank you Jim for answering all of my questions and taking your time with me. More

My service light came on a few days ago (time for oil change) and my schedule is PACKED. I called and they were able to get me in and out with 30 minutes notice. While there, a customer service person asked to do a survey about my experience with the dealership and it was a lovely conversation. I mentioned that I was dying to look at a Crosstour but did not want to give anyone the impression that I am currently in the market for a car (I'm not). The customer service person had Kirti give me a tour of the Crosstour and he asked spent time answering all my questions, even though he knew I was not a buyer. For $60 I got an oil change, fluids top off, car wash, exceptional customer service, and all my questions answered about a future purchase I hope to make. Not a bad deal, in my opinion! :) More

Kirti is great! I knew what I wanted and Kirti didn't try to pressure me into more car than my budget. He's straight forward and honest. Marcello (Finance Director) is professional and efficient.
