Liars! Sell you the car then ask for it back This happened during the last weekend in June. My bf and I went in to look at a Honda Accord Sport. He fell in love with the car. Once we got started This happened during the last weekend in June. My bf and I went in to look at a Honda Accord Sport. He fell in love with the car. Once we got started talking numbers. Really quickly we were told by the sales manger that they could not make it work. (The amount down and monthly payments) we said NO PROBLEM. We were fine leaving and looking elsewhere. It was the first place we went to anyway. Then for the rest of the day he is receiving non stop calls and texts saying they all of a sudden they could make it work for another $500 down. (Which we all know annoying car salesmen do this). So the agreed upon amount down IN TEXT MESSAGES was $3500 and monthly payment of $312. So we go in the next day and speak with the finance manager. Michael Hecht, he is the sleaziest guy I've ever met. So they're getting the car ready he's signing all the paperwork, filling out credit app etc. Then Michael comes back saying "after running his credit it brought the payment up to $327" he still said "ok that's fine". Then he sells him on this stupid insurance thing that brings the payment up to $344. He STILL says okay. So we take the car home he super pumped! Come Monday morning good ol Michael Hecht is calling saying it's not gonna work out. Ummm what? He has already signed the paperwork. After going back and forth they come back saying that he would have to pay $499 a month for it to work out. And no offense to Honda but he can lease a much nicer, as in luxury car for $499 a month. So they ask him to bring the car back in and they will give his car back. So he does, feeling completely lied to and embarrassed. Remember they have now already run his credit... jerks. Then my bf writes his own review on yelp, being honest and talking about the awful experience. AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK HIM TO TAKE IT DOWN! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Now since he is a nice person he does but guess what? They still had his registration for his car and he though they wouldn't give it him if he didn't. Moral of this review is DON'T BUY FROM GERMAIN HONDA! They run your credit, you sign paperwork and everything and then the screw you over. If you really want a Honda, go elsewhere. More

A Fun Shopping Experience./ On July 18th, 2019 I decided to turn in my 2017 Honda Accord and Lease a 2019 Honda Passport Sport. Upon entering the dealership I was met by Recepti On July 18th, 2019 I decided to turn in my 2017 Honda Accord and Lease a 2019 Honda Passport Sport. Upon entering the dealership I was met by Receptionist/Greeter Jaime Button. Jaime greeted me with a Big smile. She truly made me feel ... quite welcome. It was a wonderful ... "First Impression". I then sat down with Client Advisor. Pryce Bernal. Pryce was Respectful, Soft Spoken, and Polite. Furthermore, he was Knowledgeable, Patient., and willing to Listen. NO HIGH PRESSURE. He was an absolute Gentleman. Once I made my decision I was introduced to the General Manager, Steve Hill. . Steve was quite Friendly. He wanted to be sure that I was completely happy with my "Germain Honda Shopping Experience". Steve was easy to talk to, and willing to Listen. I then met with Mike Hecht, Finance Manager. Mike was very Friendly. Furthermore, he was Respectful, and .Patient. He Listened as I explained my Financial Situation and Financial Concerns. Mike continued to "Work the Figures" until I was completely Satisfied. There Never Any Pressure. Mike worked very hard to make sure that I was Comfortable, Content, and Happy. All in all my entire Car Shopping experience was quite Pleasant and actually quite ... FUN. I strongly recommend .that Everyone consider shopping for a new Honda at Germain Honda of Naples. And when you are there be sure to introduce yourself to Jaime Button, Pryce Bernal, Steve Hill, and Mike Hecht. Trust me you will LOVE your "Germain Honda Shopping Experience". ... Thomas D.
