David signed me in and kept me appraised during the service process. When my CRV was done being serviced, the payment process was swift, efficient and friendly. My CRV was outside waiting for me. When I got in the vehicle I immediately noticed that it was clean and that the inside windshield had been washed (something I had needed to do)! On top of this, I received a coupon for a free car wash. I feel relaxed and confident knowing my CRV has been properly cared for and that reliable, friendly, professional service is so close by.
