One and Done After doing advance work on price with several dealers, we went to Germain Honda and were very pleased with the service we received. Our salesman Arlington Fritz was a delight to work with and walked us through the process explaining everything to us about the sales process. Even after we agreed upon the deal the day had gotten busier, but he took his time with us explaining all the details of the car and programmed the car with our phones etc. We were glad we were able to trade in our car/buy a new 2020 CRV and drive off the lot with it all in one day. We couldn't be happier with the team at Germain Honda from our salesman to the Sales Manager and the Business Manager they were all very friendly and professional to deal with.
