Extra Effort My wife and I were on our way from Sarasota to Boca Raton Florida for a work event/awards ceremony. While on 75 just north of Naples our vehicle deve My wife and I were on our way from Sarasota to Boca Raton Florida for a work event/awards ceremony. While on 75 just north of Naples our vehicle developed a severe "shake" in the front end. I pulled over and checked the lug nuts to make sure we did not have a tire coming loose(recently had a new tire put on right front because of nail puncture). We jumped back on the highway and the "shake" in the front end was still there so we looked up the nearest Honda dealer-Germain- and spoke with Russell Sutton in service....luckily we were only 1 exit north of them and were there in 10 minutes. Russell was able to get us right in and have a tech diagnose the problem.....This time the left front tire had a problem....belt separating inside the tire which was causing the shake. They had a replacement tire in stock and got us back on the road within a couple hours....AWESOME SERVICE. If I lived in Naples, Germain would be where I'd have my vehicle serviced.....Friendly/knowledgeable staff that are very accommodating, right down to the snacks in the waiting area. They turned a potential "bad day" into a minor bump in the road...Super Job to everyone that was involved in getting us back on the road!! Thanks More

I believe all involved know this wasn’t the case, but go on w your story Why wasn’t I informed of a price drop overnight when in discussions in the a.m. Why was I told midday that the price the day before was the best price (which was only $642 away and if the priced dropped $1000 over night - a better deal). Totally sketchy. I can see from your other reviews here and on Facebook this is a common occurrence. ORIGINAL: Went in to purchase a used car for my son. Was working with a nice sales agent and negotiating a price. They were firm on their price and unwilling to come down. I was a bit taken back by their inflexibility because they had mentioned several times ‘we will work with you on price’. The max they came down from their price was $148. The next morning my sales agent called to let me know that he would be out but I could talk to another agent and gave a name. He then texted me back two hours later at 12:50pm after talking to his manager and said “the boss said the price was already the lowest we can do”. I went in at 4pm willing to take the deal and they told me ‘it was sold an hour ago’…..and also ‘the price went down $1,000 last night as it passed 50 days’. This is some truly shady dealing from the sales manager Brad Newsome. Which is it? At 12:50pm today I’m told yesterday’s price was the lowest price and best they could do? At 4pm I’m told the price had gone down $1,000 overnight and someone magically swooped in and bought the car? Why didn't they tell me? I truly believe they had probably mis-priced the car and didn’t want it to sell it to me at the price they had quoted….and now are caught up in the trail of lies. I’m sure the car is hidden in a remote lot somewhere. Buyer Beware when working with this team! More
First Class Service The service department at Germain Honda is first class. I’ve been there for service twice now and have been helped by Russel Sutton and Tyler Smith. The service department at Germain Honda is first class. I’ve been there for service twice now and have been helped by Russel Sutton and Tyler Smith. Both times I had a great experience. They are very organized and make everything very easy. At my prior dealership you’d walk into the service department and all the advisors would avoid eye contact hoping nobody would go to them. At Germain the advisor meets you at your car and owns the entire service from start to finish. Each time I was kept updated with a detailed explanation of the service. This latest time, Tyler Smith was my advisor and when the service was done he explained the repair to me in a way I could understand. They repaired a flat tire for me so I could avoid buying a new one. Both Russell and Tyler are terrific and I even received a card for a free car wash both times. They’ll also refill your windshield washer fluid. Thank you Tyler, Russel and Germain Honda!! More

I will trade it in one day (as soon as I get those historic plates), but you can rest assured that it will never be serviced by anyone else and my next Honda will be from Germain. More
