Armand found the car I wanted! Armand Lopes was able to find the CVR I wanted. I had owned a 2013 CRV and knew the features that were a "must have". Great service at Germain Honda, Naples Amir went above and beyond to provide terrific service. I came in because me key fob wouldn’t work. A new one had to be ordered. As I left the deal Amir went above and beyond to provide terrific service. I came in because me key fob wouldn’t work. A new one had to be ordered. As I left the dealership Amir noticed moisture in one of my rear taillights. When I returned a few days later, he not only took care of having my key programmed but he had the tail light replaced. That is what I call great service. More

Amazing! I drove about an hour to Germain Honda of Naples because their inventory is amazing. They had exactly what I wanted, and then some. My advisor was Mariana and she was amazing to work with. My situation wasn’t exactly by the book and she, and the staff, worked with me and got me the car I wanted. She took the time to explain everything about the car to me and made me feel comfortable the entire time. When it came time to do the financing, I had the pleasure of working with Rocco. He made what could have been a long and tedious experience great. He talked to my husband and I like we were old friends. It was so nice not to feel pressured and awkward at a dealership. I cannot reccomend these guys enough. More
