I wanted to take him out for a beer by the time we got done with our deal, no joke! A class-act. I have to admit, walking into the dealership you always have your guard up, but he quickly showed me he was not like other salesmen, but rather there to help us and make a deal that fits both parties! I cannot say enough great things about him, we talked everything from family to cars, good tasting food, to animals, to life. If you want a Honda, PLEASE go to him at Naples Germain Honda. He will take excellent care of you and I stand by that statement! We look forward to saying hello to him when we are back for oil changes. Monceny Mendoza was also excellent as we signed paperwork and got our warranty information. He too, is an excellent example of what customer service should be as he did NOT pressure us into anything but gave us the freedom to choose and guided us along the way and we walked out of there feeling like a million bucks with an awesome deal. 5-star experience beginning to end and honestly was completed in half the time of any other dealership we've been to over the years. Awesome experience I drove from ft Myers to take a look at a gti they had, that I was very interested in. As I walk to the front door that’s when my day got really good.
