Bad experience. I had a scheduled appointment. First, when I pulled up, no one greeted me. I sat in the car for at least 7 minutes, when the courtesy van driver retu I had a scheduled appointment. I sat in the car for at least 7 minutes, when the courtesy van driver returned from his run, after a few minutes he noticed that I was still sitting there and asked if I was being helped. He finally asked around and got me assistance. I was told service would take 1 hour and 15mins. After an hour and thirty minutes, I came outside to see that my car was still in lot. No one ever came to say that there was a delay. I requested that my car be brought to me and I left. This was simply not acceptable. More

I had done my research before arriving at Naples Honda and even though my two best buddies thought I should go with the Tacoma, I was so confident after talking to Anthony that I wound up canceling my other two appointments. From the time I contacted Wayne on the internet and received the same day quote, to filling out the paper work with Raymond after the purchase my experience was outstanding. The Germain Honda management group (we worked with Mike Soles) will go out of their way to meet customer expectations. They aren't simply just in it to sell you a car today. They truly want you to leave as an extremely satisfied customer with the hope that you come back or share your experience with others.
