We phoned in advance about a vehicle we had seen advertised on the internet and the staff assured us that they would put the car aside until we got there later that day. When we returned the next day Armand and the staff worked with us to get the purchase price and terms right where we wanted them. The staff worked cohesively to efficiently wrap it all up for us so that we could be on our way with keys in hand. We drove down from Venice to Naples to buy our Odyssey van on 1/9/14. We found it online on the Germain Honda website, I spoke with Tim Stack via phone and got a good "out the door price" and that gave us van on 1/9/14.
