Over the last 2-3 weeks I've had problems with my Honda Accord a/c system e.g. freon leak and replacement of the heat motor. In the course of diagnosing and ultimately solving the problem Lee Glesmer and his technician Larry were very polite, patient and professional in their efforts to alieve my frustration {since I had to return the car to the service more than once}. As a matter of fact they made it a pleasant experience with the hot coffee and free car washes!
