This is probably my 3rd car bought from this dealership and the experience has been great. I don't appreciate overzealous sales representative so I pretty much have my homework done when I go to purchase. and the experience has been great. They have listened to my reasoning and answered all my questions and allowed me to come to a decision. They sought a car in the color I desired and made it available. I feel in all cases it has been a win/win situation. I receive a good, reliable car, for a fair price within the market place. This experience has kept me from traveling to other dealers to look for savings. All the sales reps were helpful and friendly even after hearing I was working with someone. The dealership is clean and presents its self well. I have had good experience with the parts department, and the Germain service departement has improved immensely since my first purchase. More

I have purchased quite a few cars over the years and I've never experienced customer service quite like this!!! Let me simply say, it was the best dealership experience I've ever had. Dan had a very friendly, no nonesense and most importantly honest approach with me. He is extremely knowledgable about his product. I must admit that my intent was to see if I could 'steal' a new Accord. Incredibably, Dan made me feel good about the value he was offering - no gimmicks, no hiding the value of my trade. Just a realistic presentation of how he could best meet my needs and satisfy the needs of the dealership. I can't say that I can get a steal here, but I can say that I honestly feel I was offered a very fair deal on a great product. 2 days after totaling my vehicle a friend & I went to Germain Honda. My friend & I were looking at vehicle's when Drew came out to assist us. Drew was very perceptive to my needs and also spent quite a lot of time with us. He made us feel like we were the only people around and totally gave us the best customer service I've ever had when looking for a new vehicle. I did end up purchasing a 2010 CR-V - which I've been wanting for several years. Drew worked with me to finalize all the details so that I when I left I was driving my new CR-V. I would also like to say that the manager that helped us - I wish I could remember his name, night have been Neil - and the finance man -Jim? - were very nice and helpful also. My whole experience was a very positive one. I felt like they actually cared that I got the vehicle I was looking for at the best deal possible. My friend was also very impressed with our experience with Germaine Honda. I have recommended this dealership to several of my friends already. More
