Not all of my experiences here have been outstanding especially with the sales people but the service representatives are usually great. The last time I was there for a problem no one seemed to be able especially with the sales people but the service representatives are usually great. The last time I was there for a problem no one seemed to be able to solve and my representative Benjamin Kurke was fantastic. Not only did he help the mechanic find the problem but he explained it to me in a way I could understand and he helped advise me on how to proceed. He always called me back when he said he would, in my experience that doesn’t always happen with car service places. Then when I noticed an error in my notes from the mechanics and questioned it he went above and beyond to correct it. He was crazy busy that day and when it was my turn he acted like he didn’t have anywhere else to be. His years of experience as a mechanic makes him a great service representative. More
