A large percentage of the vehicles that we sell are Carfax 1 owner vehicles with low mileage and are unique to our marketplace. All pre-owned vehicles are handpicked, fully serviced, and mechanically and cosmetically reconditioned to the highest standard prior to sale. Our pre-owned vehicles sell to local buyers as well as residents of other Florida cities and states. Before we price a vehicle for sale, we look at the same live internet market as our customers. We utilize sophisticated market analysis software to determine the true market value of each vehicle. We then price our cars on the lower end of the market to avoid negotiation and create a “hassle-free, haggle-free” buying experience which most clients appreciate. Our clients receive our best possible, lowest price upfront. We do not negotiate the prices of our pre-owned vehicles. Our ”lowest published price” philosophy is the same as many nationwide retailers such as Carvana, Vroom, and Carmax. We provide our clients with a market analysis to show how we are priced in the marketplace. Our inventory is always competitively priced based on a vehicle's miles and condition. In many cases, our vehicles are priced hundreds, and sometimes thousands less than our competition. We understand that consumers have many excellent choices when it comes to purchasing a preowned vehicle. As per your conversation with our team, we apologize for any inconvenience, and as we explained we are working with a reduced staff and reduced hours due to COVID as are many businesses. We appreciate your understanding of our situation as we navigate through these unprecedented times. We are saddened we missed the opportunity to assist you and appreciate your feedback as we verified our hours on our website, google and a large sign in front of the store, all clearly say we are closed on Sundays. We did however find an error on a secondary page of our website and are making the correction. Our door does indicate we have Sunday hours however since our hours are temporary, we have elected not to change this signage since we have the larger sign displayed in front of our dealership.
