I have owned seven Honda over 40 years. DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! They have the worse customer service from SALES that I have seen in 40 years. Germain makes promises they don't keep. I talked over 20 times on the phone to them and over 20 emails. It took over 4 weeks to buy a the 2017 Honda Pilot. They would not negotiate at all. Germain is the only game in Naples for Honda's. GO BUY YOUR HONDA elsewhere. I talked to the sales person over 20 times. I talked to the SALES MGR and he said he would fix it. I talked to the GENERAL MGR and he said the same. I finally left a complaint at AMERICAN HONDA CORPORATE to have them tell the dealership how bad they are. I think they believe that since Naples has a large number of rich residents, they don't need to negotiate price or provide good customer service. BUY YOUR HONDA elsewhere. More
