Germain Honda is always my go-to place for service. The reason for the four stars is the day I went with an appointment around 7 Germain Honda is always my go-to place for service. The reason for the four stars is the day I went with an appointment around 7;30 I didn't get out of there until around 12:00 noon. I was having my 30,000 mile maintenance. I was very frustrated the service department was in total chaos! Never saw this before! On the other hand everyone in the service department was very nice....especially Adam Holguin my service manager that day. He was so sweet and understanding checking behind the scene on my car. Reassuring me it would be coming out soon. I guess they were having and extremely busy day that day. Anyway Adam was great I got to know him a little better an a couple of the other guys. By the end of my visit all was well my car is running like a top thanks to Austin yes I got to meet him as well. I will bring my Honda back and recommend Germain. Adam Holguin is a keeper! More

Charles Schulze did a terrific job for both of my recent visits! He worked efficiently with the mechanics/techs to address the maintenance reasons the car was scheduled, also remedied a couple finds during visits! Charles Schulze took excellent care of my car issues. My low oil light had come on a week before but couldn't get an appointment for almost 3 weeks. Because I was uncomfortable with the oil and service light on, I took a chance coming as a walk in..A busy Saturday morning and I could tell they were filled up. But when Charles came over to check out the car, he said it needed immediate attention and he would work me in..I appreciated the friendly but professional manner I was treated. Charles was honest, knowledgeable, efficient about what needed to be addressed and patiently answered all my questions.
