Thank you for reaching out. I asked to speak with you at the time and the same manager I was having an issue with informed me that my issue was not important enough to get you involved. I have never had a transaction like this in my entire life. Im not asking for anything i don't want anything but until the service department is under new management I will drive the extra 20min north.
