Finance person did not advise us of proper financing options. He said 7.5% was the best offer he had and had never seen a 2.99% finance. We worked with sales people and they were able to find the 2.99% options. He said 7.5% was the best offer he had and had never seen a 2.99% finance. We worked with sales people and they were able to find the 2.99% option. The Finance person told us the Ceamic coating process would take 45 minutes when in fact it took 2.5 hours!! The initial cost for the Ceramic coating he quoted was $995 but when I said no, he lowered the price to $600. If it is $600 then don't try to sell it to me for $995. Everyone else was great to work with but the finance guy was not. More

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I called my normal guy and found out he no longer works there but he referred me to Robert. I called Robert and made the appointment. Looked on the website of what of the CR-Vs were available as my wife was interested in replacing her 10 year old CR-V with a newer one. While online I thought I had asked about the possibility of leasing wh as my wife was interested in replacing her 10 year old CR-V with a newer one. While online I thought I had asked about the possibility of leasing which I had never done before. Financing yes and of course paying cash. Anyway thought I had asked Germain about leasing but it turned out I had asked another dealer. Didn't realized that until we showed up at Germain and asked for a sales person with a name from the other dealer. But no one with that name at Germain. Duh. So I asked for a rep and got together with Michael Briese. Good guy. The CR-V we had interest in had just arrived a couple of days before and hadn't been detailed yet. Michael brought it around so we could look at it, appeared from website description that it was what we were looking for. Put a down payment on it to hold, and as it was a Saturday, told Michael we would come back on the following MoOnday to complete the deal. Didn't have to test drive it as it has 4 wheels which should turn so didn't need to test it. Got it home, fits in garage, and wife is happy with it. More
