On the day we leased the new vehicle, we were able to make an appointment with Christopher Hawkins and he had two vehicles ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Once we chose the vehicle we wanted make an appointment with Christopher Hawkins and he had two vehicles ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Once we chose the vehicle we wanted we worked with Tracey Ford to work up the trade in amount for the old vehicle, down payment and monthly cost for the new vehicle. We appreciated all the work that was done by Tracey to get us to where we needed to be for a monthly payment. Tracy was available to us a couple days later when we had some questions and resolved the matter quickly. Ty Crews worked with us on the final financing part of the transaction. Ty was excellent at explaining all the details and made the process very easy to understand. We felt completely comfortable with the way Ty handled the transaction with us and the time it took to complete the process. Ty worked with us a few weeks later to resolve a Registration issue after we received the new license plates. We were thankful for his quick resolution to this matter. Christopher was responsible for getting the vehicle ready for us to take home. He took extra care to ensure everything with the vehicle was ready for us after signing the documents with Ty in Finance. Once we moved our personal belongings to the new vehicle. Christopher spent time with us to show us all the settings and features of the vehicle and resolved any questions we had at that time. The whole team we worked with made the leasing decision easy and the leasing transaction went very smoothly. We look forward at the end of our three year lease to come back and have the same excellent experience. More
I was supposed to get a two free oil changes, this did not happen on two levels. One was over mileage, the other was expired because of the month. I was told NOT to schedule until maintenance light came o not happen on two levels. One was over mileage, the other was expired because of the month. I went to Germain Honda of Surprise thinking about buying a new car. After expressing my interest to the salesperson (JP) and negotiating with the sales manager (Reese), we came to an agreement.
