This was the worst experience of my life. Horrible car, horrible experience and just a terrible experience all around. I was lied to multiple times by people that had no idea and should not Horrible car, horrible experience and just a terrible experience all around. I was lied to multiple times by people that had no idea and should not have answered my questions, "the title is in the mail," "car has internet," the delay in obtaining documents was not explained to me, the list goes on and on. The wait and nonsense to purchase the car was just ridiculous. They promised me it would not be a 3-hour ordeal, nope, it was 3.5 hours even though I had a check to pay for the vehicle in full. The car even had scrapes on the hood BRAND NEW! Of course, we did not know that until I washed it by hand a week later. So disappointed to have gone out of my way to go to their location. My finance company finally got my title. AND it could still be another 30 days before I can receive a copy from Arizona so I can register the car in another state. The manager basically told me to pound sand when we complained about the vehicle on the very first day of purchase. He told me to buy a cushion!! Imagine needing cushions on the seats of a brand-new car. It is awful customer service and a bad reflection on Honda. It gets nothing near the 40 and 44 miles per gallon that it is supposed to get. Honda lies and does not stand by their products. After owning 5 Hondas, this will be the last one EVER! More

After reviewing my maintenance history, Robert determined that I did not need any service until October. That has never happened to me; they always find something.
