Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Wait times are average but I’ve not had any issues with the service. Only one issue this time, I could never get through on the phone. I was told I should just contact the service agent directly but I think anyone calling the main/service department numbers should be able to get through. I never had that issue at Tempe Honda, and when I couldn’t get through to Germain, I called Arrowhead Honda service dept and was connected right away. Please work on this issue. Thanks! More
