Upon arrival at Germain Honda I was approached by a service technician who wanted to help me with a very nice smile and listened to my concerns. While waiting for my 1st oil change the waiting area was service technician who wanted to help me with a very nice smile and listened to my concerns. While waiting for my 1st oil change the waiting area was very clean. I was out within a normal amount of time about 2 hours.
