Robert Solis, a perfectly nice man but wasn't empowered, directed, or seemingly able to actual help us. My wife and I just spent $53,000 at the dealership and as soon as they got their cash any kind of semb directed, or seemingly able to actual help us. My wife and I just spent $53,000 at the dealership and as soon as they got their cash any kind of semblance to a proud and hard working dealership and personnel went out the window. I will most likely take our brand new Black Edition Passport to another Honda dealership for the thousands of dollars we will spend on maintaining the car in excellent condition. This is a dealership that will lose more money than they will earn simply because their focus is directed towards profit alone. Not an outstanding dealership from the customer's point of view. Matt did an excellent job keeping me informed through the process of servicing my van.
