We've known David from Arrowhead Honda and followed him to Germain Honda where he was our service advisor a number of years prior to his promotion to management. He great to work with, has a great knowledge of Honda vehicles, and presents himself in a professional manner. Robert is our newest service advisor. He too is easy to work with and presents himself to his customers in a professional manner. He is knowledgeable, doesn't pressure sell unnecessary maintenance or parts. Purchased this car being the top of the line, it isn't. No garage door buttons. Saleslady could not get my Honda app working. Brandon promised he would look into my problem with the trailer hitch. I should of never took the car once they installed the wrong hitch. I showed my sales lady and Brandon my trailer hitch on my old car before I bought the car and they assured me it would be the same. It wasn't and now they said this model can't take that hitch. I would of bought a different car or another brand. More
