I was extremely impressed with the service I received. My engine was replaced in my 2015 kia at no charge, along with a rental car at no charge. Ill start with the bad only because its short, they are an old-school style dealer with respect to prices, I chose to wait them out, if you play the game as well it wont be so bad, I want the best deal pos an old-school style dealer with respect to prices, I chose to wait them out, if you play the game as well it wont be so bad, I want the best deal possible. The Good: first visit the offer was rejected as to they just got the car, I waited 2 weeks and returned to show my wife, I also pulled up same model car from around the state at different dealerships, the salesman, very nice said let him see what he can do, he came back and said they can accept my offer, maybe 5 mins, There wasn't any back or forth, my offer was fair from the research I had done at KBB, car guru and Edmunds. I had a preapproval from my credit union, the xxI guy was super nice, no up-sale or trying to add on packages, pretty straight forward and in and out pretty quick. I did buy the car but it wasn't a KIA, I would do the deal again as we like the car, no strings attached. great salesman, very nice sales manger and the xxI guy was awesome. great Experience More
