Mrs. Bailey, Hi I am Brian Jordan the General Manager. I first want to let you know that I am sorry for the experience you had in trying to purchase the Lexus. After reviewing the data I have available to me I understand how this situation has happened. 1) Client came in Friday evening drove said RX and agreed to buy the vehicle but had some credit issues that we had to address with lender. 2) You called Preston Friday and set appointment to come drive car then have your car appraised in hopes to consummate deal. 3) Saturday morning we received an authorization from lender to approve clients loan. 4) At 10:03 am Preston called you and left a voicemail stating the car had been sold. This is the time line of events that has led up to your experience. Again, I apologize. This is the hurdle we sometimes face when dealing with one of a kind cars. I am willing to find you another like vehicle and pay for any freight to gather the vehicle. I hope you find my apologies acceptable and give us another opportunity to earn your business. I would have the car brought to your residence or place of business if that's acceptable. I think you talked to Shane the assistant pre-owned manager and not me.
