The only problem with the transaction was the drive between Louisville, KY and Columbus, OH. I-71 was a nightmare and delayed our arrival. We needed to be back on the road in less than 2 hours. Fortunately, the car looked and drove great and Aso went the extra mile to get the deal written up and close the purchase of the car in under 2 hours. More

Buyer beware Have 6 years experience with this dealership. Have been "mislead", deceived, or outright lied to on numerous occasions by people from sales staff up t Have 6 years experience with this dealership. Have been "mislead", deceived, or outright lied to on numerous occasions by people from sales staff up to VP level. Most recent was Bob Havey misquoting the price of an option by over $2000. Suspect it was so I would not want that option since they didn't have any cars with it in stock. Also had salesman and sales manager insist I needed a major repair at 100,000 miles on a possible trade-in. In fact, the part they said I needed to replace did not even exist on the year/model I had. Suspect this was ploy to justify their low ball trade in price. More
