After a few minutes, we see no possibility of working out a deal with him and so we left. The next day, I visited this website and read about all the reviews. Then I sent an email to Preston Hutchins who has the most reviews and asked him to call me to make an appointment. Preston called me back immediately. After meeting with Preston, we found that he is very friendly and very patient. There were not sales pitches from begining to end. He showed us the cars that have the color and options we like. Then he went back and forth several times to help us negotiate with his managers and finally we got the car at the price that we think reasonable. My wife and I were very impressed by Preston's willingness to help. This is the best car buying experience we have ever had. More

My wife and I went to Germain Motors looking for used cars. We wanted to buy a lexus 350 (used) which was silver in color. Eventually, we bought a silver colored RX 330. I brought my 2005 Lexus in for regular scheduled maintenance, and was extremely impressed with all aspects of the experience. I worked with Aaron Doty, and I cannot say enough about his excellent personal level of service. He was very knowledgeable on the deep technical information related to the work I was having done, but explained it to me in a way I could understand, and was happy to take the time to answer all of my many questions. And, was able to offer me personal recommendations on 'grey area' issues/questions, based on his years of industry experience. The following weekend, another question came up - I left him a voicemail message on a Saturday, and he called me back that same morning with the answer. Truly excellent customer service, over and above normal expectations. An excellent experience. More
