I have owned a Lexus since 1997 and Lexus customer service has always been top notch. But Aaron Doty takes it to a whole other level! His welcoming and friendly personality truly makes you feel like service has always been top notch. But Aaron Doty takes it to a whole other level! He's so professional, likable, and pleasant to work with that he (somewhat) softens the blow of how much money you'll be spending to have your car serviced! (But then again, you do get what you pay for.). Aaron is amazing and should get a raise! And no, this is not his mother. :) More

I found a car I liked on the search engine YAHOO which was at Lexus of Easton. When I sent an email I was referred to Aso to assist me. Aso was very diligent in trying to find me another car & kept in touch with me to make sure I was still interested. FInally I saw one that interested me & Aso scheduled the test drive. HE went over everything that the car offered & has even contacted me after to make sure I am happy with my purchase. The wonderful service we received from Aso coupled with the car being a perfect fit for me changed our minds about the direction to go. Aso is very energetic, enthusiastic, personable and knowledgable and made the whole process of buying a car painless and quick.
