I love the friendliness and atmosphere of Germain. When I bought my Lexus I had my daughter with me and she became bored very fast. While sitting in a car on the showroom a salesman locked the car and by I bought my Lexus I had my daughter with me and she became bored very fast. The used and new car sales individuals make it a pleasant experience for the entire family. Service is never an issue as I always have options for a loaner or given the fact I work close they always drop me off and offer to pick me up when service is completed. This is a huge plus for such a busy person as myself. More

I spoke with Preston Hutchins on the phone prior to my visit. Once I arrived at the dealership Preston had the cars out ready for me to look at, he had the comparisons already printed out, etc. After so visit. He did not try and sell me on something I did not want. Preston was extremely well versed on the Lexus car we wanted/purchased. He absolutely knew all there was about the car and he shared the information with me which was reassuring prior to the purchase. Also I asked him to deliver the car the next day with a Christmas bow wrapped around it and he did. It was a Christmas surprise for my wife and she loved the whole set up! It was like out of a commercial for her! Talk about a life time memory! He has since followed up with us (unconditionally) multiple times to make sure all was in good working order as well as to see if there was anything else we needed. Additionally he is/has been trustworthy, this is important to us for future business together. Buying a Lexus for the first time was a neat experience and a big part of that was due to Preston's help! JW More

I actually had a fun experience buying my Lexus... I had always wanted one but really did not think I was in the financial place to get one yet. Instead of making me feel "unworthy" to be there, Aso found always wanted one but really did not think I was in the financial place to get one yet. Instead of making me feel "unworthy" to be there, Aso found a car for me and he and Ted worked with me until the deal met my needs and on my time line. I love my car, get compliments on it all the time, and brag about how great Aso was to work with. Most people think it is brand new even though it is a 2004... I am so glad to have worked with Aso and enjoyed my experience finalizing everything with Ted as well. They have almost become "friends" who check in with me regularly to see how I am doing, recognize me when I see them out, and know who I am when I call with questions, etc. Thanks for making car buying the opposite of what most people fear it to be.... Aso & Ted are GREAT! I will buy my next Lexus from them when I am ready for a NEW one! More

Caleb was very helpful. We had a Mercedes Benz we wanted to trade-in, but we were not sure what we wanted to buy. We basically picked out very similar cars and ended up purchasing a very nice 2009 Lincoln. Caleb spent additional time after the sale to go over the options the car had with us and to help us sync our phone to the car. I highly recommend the friendly, low pressure service that we received from both the Lexus Used Car Dealership as well as Caleb the salesman that we worked directly with.
