Response to Don Nelson’s Reply: While I appreciate the appearance of concern in your public response, actions speak louder than words. You mentioned wanting to “right the wrongs” and “validate my concerns,” yet when I took the time to follow through and call you—leaving a detailed message—you never returned it. That was over two days ago. If customer care was truly a priority, I would have heard back by now. Your response feels more like damage control than genuine concern. It’s disappointing to see that instead of addressing the issue, it’s being swept under the rug with empty promises. I gave you the opportunity to make things right—and you ignored it.
