When my Lexus lease ended, I tried to sell the car-only to find Germain Lexus in Naples had misreported the mileage by 10,000 miles back in May 2025. That mistake tied up the car, made it impossible for me to sell, and forced me to make another lease payment. When I contacted the service manager, John McCloskey, he had a bad attitude, was dismissive, unapologetic, and acted like it was no big deal. Not to mention the issue still not resolved. This is the sixth Lexus I've owned, and after this experience, I can confidently say I will never lease or buy another one. Careless, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. More

I had a terrible experience at the Germain Lexus Service Department in Naples. I brought my car in for scheduled work and sat there for three hours while they told me the service was being completed. They even charged my credit card and handed the car back like everything was done. But when I got home, I realized none of the work was actually completed. I had to return a week later just to get the job done properly. Completely unacceptable - they wasted my time and took my money without performing the service. I expected far better from a Lexus dealership. More
