I’d give Zero stars if that was an option In the last three years this dealership has gone from being great to terrible. My Lexus has experienced a series of problems. That in itself is ve In the last three years this dealership has gone from being great to terrible. My Lexus has experienced a series of problems. That in itself is very disappointing for one of their flagship models and which is used regularly but with few miles on it. Each time the dealer simply wants to spend more and more money without a proper diagnosis. Several problems could not be solved by Germain and I had to resort to finding the solution via web forums. Ironically this was far quicker, less expensive and more effective than Germain Lexus. It seems they can do basic oil & filter changes but anything more is a problem. I’ve wasted at least 5 hours waiting for “while you wait” services with the most recent issue, only to be told they haven’t been able to get to the work which was scheduled in days in advance. Zero skill Zero professionalism Zero respect for your time My recommendation is to find someone else to work on your car as these people will simply take your money, waste you time and fail to resolve any problems. More
