I have purchased many cars, and this is our 5th Lexus RX350, but this purchase was by far the best experience I have had. I knew exactly what wanted, and Chuck made it happen in a very low pressure, professional manner. He knows the Lexus products incredibly well, and there is a reason why his desk is literally filled with “Salesperson of The Year” awards. Chuck Koenig is the best of the best as is Germain Lexus.
