The experience buying a car sight unseen was easy and the sales associate accommodated each of my requests in a timely manner. Knowing I had a 6 hour round trip to come get the car, they had all the paper work FedEx delivered to me the day before and once there, I was in and out in one hour without any issues. There were multiple options to choose from and we ultimately settled on one. While signing a myriad of documents, our car was being cleaned and fueled. Fred then walked us through a "how to" of the most often used features of the vehicle. He was thorough and made sure to make us feel we were welcome to return at any time for further instructions on how to use the many features of the car. Overall, it was a great car buying experience. I was promptly met by the valet who then turned me over to Dan Rusinik in the service department. Dan was very professional, very prompt with his service and genuinely appreciative of our business. He also extended the courtesy of a loaner car for us to use so that I could take my mother to lunch (I was there only for the weekend so hated to spend it in the dealer waiting lounge). When we returned - everything was complete. Dan met us as we walked through the door - explained the car was in "tip-top shape" and walked us to the finished car and thanked us again for visiting. I would highly recommend this dealership based on our experience. More
