Buyer Beware - Preowned vehicles NOT inspected Germain Lexus Buyer beware! Especially if you are looking for a preowned vehicle. My wife and I purchased a pre-owned Lexus GX 470 this summer and ou Germain Lexus Buyer beware! Especially if you are looking for a preowned vehicle. My wife and I purchased a pre-owned Lexus GX 470 this summer and our salesman Mike Diaz told us that the vehicle had gone through a multipoint inspection with a Lexus certified mechanic. Not true! Several weeks after we purchased the vehicle we discovered that both front axles were bad and the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Almost $3000 in repairs! My mechanic, Toyota certified for years, said that it would be impossible for the Germain Lexus mechanic to not see the ripped and torn CV boots on the axles. I made multiple requests to Mike Diaz and the staff at Germain Lexus to cover a portion of this repair and my requests fell upon deaf ears. If you’re planning on buying a preowned vehicle from Germain Lexus do not rely on their word that it was inspected by a certified Lexus mechanic. Go spend the money and get your own mechanic to inspect these vehicles before you buy! I have owned many Lexus vehicles and always used JM Lexus in Fort Lauderdale. I assumed that honesty and integrity permeated all Lexus dealers…. Apparently not! More

The car i found on cars.com was a beautiful 07 Cadillac and I knew it would be perfect for me and my family. We were introduced to Lu, and all my worries faded away. He was kind, informative and most importantly, he was honest. His vibe reminded me of someone who would be a favorite uncle with concern and encouragement for our well being and future.
