I called Beverly Coppola, our Service Representative, who dispatched a service tech with a battery. he checked the existing battery, determined it has no life remaining and replaced it all within an hour of my call to beverly. When he returned to the Dealership, Beverly had the battery tested and confirmed it no remaining useful life. We were back on the road taking care of errands that we had planned. More

We stopped by at Germain Lexus of Naples to actually look at a used Toyota that was for sale. While looking at the vehicle, we got approached by Michael Diaz-Granados, one of the sales consultants at Lexus. He was just brilliant!! I have acquired many cars throughout my life but never had such a pleasant experience before. Michael's flair to deal with and adapt to a customer was outstanding. His knowledge, explanations and efforts throughout were first class. On our second visit and on his day off, Michael did not hesitate to come to the dealership and show us and test drive the cars we were interested in. I admired his patients and attention to detail and after five hours he closed the deal with us on a car that was only on the market for a few minutes. I am still amazed how he pulled that car out of his hat :) That was flexibility, thank you Michael! Awesome experience! Mike at Finance was great and Shawn at the service department was great too. Everyone in the team at Lexus of Naples was courteous, and made us feel at home. We love our Lexus GX460. More

We visited all 3 of the Lexus dealerships within 100 miles of our residence. To compare we felt the most comforatble quite quickly immedialy upon entering the Germaine dealership. The Germaine staff all exceeded our expectations for courtesy , professionalism and knowledge of their products. Our sales person Gregg Libbutti was not pushy and provided all the answers to our questions as well as following up with some of our firther issues with the Enform and vehicle features after we left the dealership with the vehicle. The vehicle was returned for a paint protectant and we had the same experience with the service department. All the staff treated us with courtesy and respect we were quite happy with the dealership. The new 200 NXT with available technology, turbo engine and essentially overall smaller size of this vehicle is exactly what we had been looking for. The Lexus quality is still superior to all other competitive vehicles we had inquired of. More

We were never pushed just informed and it didn't "feel" like we were buying a car just talking with friends. They let us call the shots and were calm, didn't rush us nor did they make us feel like we had to have the car or that we were missing out if we didn't buy today. We drove the car twice and never did we feel like we were wasting their time. They took time to be sure we were comfortable with our decision. In fact, I left for an appointment in the middle of the paperwork and came back to smiling faces! Frank and Sean were friendly, kind and helpful. It was a positive experience from start to finish.
