Amazing Car Buying Experience (from a first-timer)! Everyone I spoke with and met at Germain Lexus of Naples was extremely friendly & accommodating! The receptionist, (I wish I could remember her name...was great!) whom I spoke to several times on the phone, was consistently helpful, patient, and remembered who I was every time I called and promptly delivered any messages on my status trying to get there before they closed! (I came from Ft. Lauderdale). My SUPER awesome salesman, Charles (Chuck) Koenig, was more than accommodating, funny, easy-going, and had everything ready for me to practically drive off the lot! I arrived about 20 minutes after they had already closed, but him and a few others stayed late just for me! He made the process so easy and I never felt pressured (even after everything he'd done for me), which was a relief! I most definitely recommend him as the go-to salesman!! My last step in the process was to move on to the finance division part...and I couldn't have had a better experience with Roger Roberts! He was extremely patient and helped to make my purchase possible (which it almost wasn't going to be possible). He went through every single option there could be for me and made it happen!
