Outstanding service from Dan Rusinik I found my self needing to make an unexpected trip from Florida to Colorado. My car was in need of servicing, but I needed it to be done the same day I found my self needing to make an unexpected trip from Florida to Colorado. My car was in need of servicing, but I needed it to be done the same day. Dan Rusinik, the service manager, was extremely helpful in getting me in right away. The work was done quickly and professionally. I strongly recommend both Germain Lexus service department and Dan Rusinik as a service manager. I am 70 years old and have never experienced better. My Lexus 350RX purchase I was immediately impressed by how friendly everyone at Germaine Lexus in Naples was. I was quickly shown a variety of colors and options available b I was immediately impressed by how friendly everyone at Germaine Lexus in Naples was. I was quickly shown a variety of colors and options available by my salesperson, Brett Shields. Brett pointed out several new features that had me wanting a new Lexis soon. Without pushing he encouraged me to test drive one. After feeling the comforts of a new suv I was sold only to select the color. Brett quickly found and delivered the 350RX we purchased.
