Hats off to Germaine Lexus! This is the third time I have leased a vehicle at Germaine Lexus and I am sure it won't be the last. Of all the positive aspects of doing business her This is the third time I have leased a vehicle at Germaine Lexus and I am sure it won't be the last. Of all the positive aspects of doing business here, I would say that trust is the most important quality I have appreciated. Almost by definition, the car-buying experience is a stressful one for the consumer, but Germain Lexus has eliminated that concern from the equation. I feel that not only is the quality of the car superior, but the sincere and knowledgable interactions with people like sales consultant Brett Shields allay any concerns of not getting treated honestly and fairly. In addition, I feel like I got the best deal possible to make it a win-win scenario for both parties. This experience is in stark contrast with other negative experiences I have had in the past elsewhere. Even the final financial transactions and paperwork with Cary Vhugen exceeded my expectations and made what is usually a tedious process quite enjoyable. Hats off to both these individuals, as well as the people in the service department who have always provided top-notch (and expeditious) service. By the way, my enthusiasm for Germaine Lexus demonstrated itself by a friend buying a new car from Brett (over the phone) a few days later based on my recommendation. Quite an endorsement in itself! Transmission leak We came in for a routine 6 month check up and the techs discovered a leak from the transmission - we were told by our rep Beverly Coppola they needed We came in for a routine 6 month check up and the techs discovered a leak from the transmission - we were told by our rep Beverly Coppola they needed our car for at least 3 days. We were promptly offered a nice 2016 RX 350 loaner and after 4 days we learned they had to replace our transmission at the manufacturers expense as the car was new and under warranty. Considering the serious nature of the repair we were not inconvenienced much due to the great service the Lexus team offers More
