We were promptly offered a nice 2016 RX 350 loaner and after 4 days we learned they had to replace our transmission at the manufacturers expense as the car was new and under warranty. Considering the serious nature of the repair we were not inconvenienced much due to the great service the Lexus team offers More

One of the Lexus dealerships that I dealt with in Toronto, were unable to pick up on recalls, which were picked up by David when the car was brought in for the initial visit for an oil change, in 2014 March. Since that time, I have returned to have the car serviced only with David, because last April 2015, he answered all my questions, and when I returned a 3rd time April 2016, the same attention was given to me. The Germain lexus and the Waterdown Lexus in Boston, are far superior to the Inn on the Park Lexus in Toronto, Canada. More
